DELIVERY INFORMATION

DELIVERY DETAILS

  • Orders will reach you in maximum a week  to 10 working days.
  • Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7 am and 5.30 pm.
  • A signature may be required on receipt of your parcel.
  • We do not deliver on bank holidays. In this case you should expect your delivery the following working day.
  • We do not deliver on weekends.
  • Delivery times only apply to products currently in stock.
  • Modernman.in reserves the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address – In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS INFORMATION

We stand by the products we create. If you are not satisfied with your product, we are here to help. To ensure a smooth return process please read the return policy and click below on request a return within a day of delivery of the product

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you  believe there is a manufacturing defect, you  must drop an email or call us at 8383056984 within 12 hours of receiving the product also must return the product within 3 days of your parcel arrival. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging. The original receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return request.
  • Kindly email us your return request at contact@modernman.in and ship the product to : C-195 Naraina Industrial Area Phase-1 New Delhi - 110028 The shipping must take place within 7 days of receiving the product and tracking ID must be shared with us.
  • Note: In case of any manufacturing defect in the product, full return cost will be refunded to the customer. In all other cases, return cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • When returning your parcel, please make sure to obtain proof of postage (with tracking information), as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and quality approval or rejection status.
  • In case of an approved return, full amount will be refunded to you.
  • In case of debit card / credit card transactions, the refund should reflect in your bank account within 2-3 working days. In case of Net banking transactions, the refund should reflect in your account within 4-7 working days.
  • A flat fee of Rs 150 would be deducted in case the order was placed through COD Please note refunds would be done only if the product has a manufacturing defect
